topWhy can’t I invite anyone via Contact/SIP address?
There can be several causes for this.

Check your user account settings to make sure they are correct and carry out a test registration.

Check whether your possible alternative SIP provider is listed on the BRAVIS Web site. There are providers who do not allow communication between users who have different providers.

Check whether an invitation is possible via a host name or an IP address.

With some providers it can happen that the account is closed after you have created it due to inactivity.

These values are stored automatically when you create a BRAVIS user account. If you use a different provider, please ask the provider for this data. If the data is unknown, use the part behind the @ in your SIP address.
