topI am too difficult to understand or I look too distorted for other participants to understand me.

Switch off the microphone boost in the system control under Sounds and audio devices --> Volume --> Advanced --> Options --> Recording --> Microphone --> Advanced (depending on the audio device, this option is optional). You must reset the volume for the recording and then calibrate it again.

topI hear a constant hissing noise from particular participants(s).

This can be caused by a poor connection or incorrect network settings on the part of the participant in question. Please inform the participant that he or she should minimize his or her upload until the quality improves. You can adjust this setting in BRAVIS under Settings --> Options --> Network.

topI can’t hear any sound although I have connected everything to my notebook/PC and set it correctly.

Notebooks frequently have volume buttons which, by default, are set very low. Please use the buttons to set the volume a bit higher. With desktop PCs, you can set the volume using the volume regulator in the system tray on the taskbar; this is how to solve this problem.
